Baking carrot zuccini muffins.

This morning the preschoolers helped grate all the carrots and zuccinis from our garden to prepare for or baking project. We read the story "The Enourmous Carrot" to focus our thoughts and then Christa and the toddlers joined us to bake! The children all helped each other by holding the bowl for a friend, taking turns, and being patient while we waited. After lunch we enjoyed our creation... Mmmm. We have been really enjoying baking as a group and Christa and I plan to keep it a regular part of our curriculum.
