Hiking at Steamboat Lake!

Happy Tuesday everyone! Today at school we traveled to Steamboat Lake to hike one of their trails. We had so much fun! First off, I wanted to thank our new aide, Nicole for all of her help today! She makes an excellent addition to our team. On our hike, we happened to see lots of interesting things! First, we caught a beautiful butterfly that hiked most of the way with us :) Next we saw three deer eating grass by the lake! It was very exciting because they were pretty close to us! The kids and I also saw lots of squirrels and even a few imaginary bears :) I can't wait for our hike at Pearl Lake tomorrow!!
