Coloring with orange and red

This morning we practiced our fine motor skills by doing some coloring with crayons.
Some Colorado Early Learning and Development Guidelines included here are:

Fine Motor: Hold small objects in one hand and sometimes use both hands together to manipulate objects.
Perceptual Development: Use the information received from the senses to change the way they interact with the environment.
Recognition of Ability: Experiment with different ways of making things happen.

This morning we got out the scissors and some construction paper to practice using our fine motor skills.
Some Colorado Early Learning and Development Guidelines included are:

Fine Motor: Hold small objects in one hand and sometimes use both hands together to manipulate objects.
Interaction with Peers: Engage in simple back-and-forth interactions with peers for short periods of time.
Recogniton of Ability: Experiment with different ways of making things happen.
