Adventures at Pearl Lake!

Good afternoon NRP friends and family! Today  at school, Nicole and I took the kiddos out to Pearl Lake. Like I said yesterday, we haven't been there since the beginning of the summer and was excited to see it again! The lake was as big and beautiful as we remembered it to be. Although this time we did something that we didn't do last time, which was crawdad fishing! It was my first time and so much fun!! We used hotdogs as bait and almost everyone caught one, but we didn't keep them because the silly teachers forgot to bring a bucket for them! I really loved this adventure and I know the kids did too! Hopefully we can find some time to do more crawdad fishing before the summer ends! See everyone tomorrow for our last gymnastics class of the summer!
